Whether it's for your campaigns, products, or events you can limit the number of participants on all sales or limit the number of sales for a certain price.

Limit the total participants
Let's take an example: you have an event limited to 20 places and want to only allow the first 20 people to register for the event.
To do this, go to the Payment Options section of your event management form. Click on More Options.
Additional options will be displayed. In the Limit the number of participants on all sales field, specify the number of participants. After this number is reached, the sales will be suspended.
Save and you're done.
Please note that this number can be modified afterwards, once your event has been created.
Limit by price
Let's imagine that you have two prices for an event to encourage participants to register quickly:
- A price of $5 for the first 20 people.
- A price of $10 for everyone else after.
To limit the number of participants at a given price, go to the Prices section of the event management form. Click on the cogwheel icon next to the price in question.
The price list is displayed in edit mode and you can modify it. To limit the number available at this given price, go to +Options.
Enter the maximum number of participants allowed in the Maximum available quantity field and save your changes. That's it!
