Invoices related to your subscription can be viewed from your Subscription page.
Here we explain:
How to access the subscription page
To access the Subscription page, first go to the Settings Center by clicking on "Settings" (1), located at the bottom left of your screen.
Once on this page, click on "Subscription plan" (2) in the left menu. If your account already has generated any invoices, it will be displayed at the bottom of that page, in the section of the same name (3).
To view a specific invoice, click on the
icon from the same row.
Invoice status
If an invoice has the status Processed, this means that its direct debit has already been initiated. Bills are generally debited within 3 days of being issued.
The Automatically generated status can correspond to any of these situations:
- The invoice has just been issued and will be collected shortly.
- Bill cannot be collected (expired payment method, blockage, etc.).
