Password forgotten

We're all familiar with that awkward moment when, after several attempts, we can't find the password we entered to access the platform. To remedy this, we advise you to go to the website login page and follow the steps below.

Set a new password

If you've forgotten your password, it's easy to create a new one. To do so, go to your organization's login page via its website

Then  click on the link " Forgot your Password? " as the image below:

Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click Continue.

An email will be sent to the email address indicated. You will then be able to reset your password and connect to your platform.

Here are the rules for setting the password:

• It must be different from your first name, your last name, and your email.
• It must contain at least one number
• It must contain at least one upper and one lowercase letter.
• It must contain at least one special character from * ! ? # ; % * $ ^ : \\ / § € $ and £
• It must be at least 8 characters long

Simply log in again with the new password on your login page to access your account.
