Delete an administrator

As a main administrator, you can add or remove administrators. For example, remove as administrator a person leaving the organization.

Delete an administrator

To access the administrator management area, click on Settings (1) at the bottom of your side menu and Administrators (2).

Once on the administrator management page, tick the person whose access rights you wish to remove and click Remove selected administrators.

In some cases, it is not possible to delete an administrator, as their profile is linked to a software feature. An error message is displayed explaining the nature of the blockage. Depending on this, you will be able to carry out a number of manipulations which will then allow the administrator to be removed.
