Before starting
Your Community brings together all the information on the people who revolve around your association, whether individuals or legal entities (CRM Entities available only in the Professional offer).
From your platform, you can contact these people, modify their information, allocate them to groups, etc. But you may need to export this information for other purposes. Here's how to proceed.

Please note: the operation is exactly the same for Persons (i.e. natural persons) as for Entities (i.e. legal entities, if you have a subscription to the Professional offer).
Select rows for export
Go to your database, from Community > Contacts. If you have a subscription to the Professional offer, go to the tab that interests you: Persons or Entities. For other offers, you've come to the right place.
If you wish to select only part of the rows, use the various search options: search bar, filter or advanced search, and select lines by ticking the boxes to the left of the names.
Example: we've filtered on the current members. There are seven of them, and we've selected them all by ticking the box in the first row of the table.
Select all lines
If you want to select all the lines in your Community, don't use any filters so that all your contacts are displayed.
Check the box for the first line of your table. The first 50 lines are selected.
- If you have fewer than 50 contacts, proceed to the next step.
- If you have more than 50 contacts, click on the message that appears to select all your contacts.
Export information in the desired format
Once you've selected your contacts, click on the Excel icon and choose the desired format from the two available.
A confirmation window opens, offering to export all the information or only that displayed. Make your choice and click .
The export starts immediately, it may take a few minutes if you have a lot of information to export.
