On Springly, you can let your imagination run wild by creating your own emailing template. Thanks to this, you can quickly create and easily send emails without having to start from a blank screen.

How do I create a Template from scratch?
- Go to Emailing > Templates.
- Add New Template
This takes you to the edit mode page. Edit your template as you prefer.
The creation of your template uses the same system as the creation of your website pages.
Model name
You can name the template.
Bloc
Add the blocks and styles you want, using the intuitive drag-and-drop tool, to tailor your e-mail perfectly to your audience.
Auto fields
Bring your emails to life with dynamic content based on the information you have about your contacts.
For example, you can use the "Auto fields" option in text blocks to add dynamic content to your e-mails (e.g., "I want to add a new field"). a person's first or last name).
To access the "Auto fields" option, select a text block and drag it onto the mail content.
A palette of tools is available (in the left-hand vertical menu). Click on "Auto fields" to access them.

Receive a test email
You can also send yourself a test email to check how it looks in a "real" email.
Only the logged-in administrator will receive this test email, and it will not be possible to forward it to third parties directly from the interface. To forward it to your colleagues, simply forward it from your mailbox to the recipients of your choice.
Create an email template from a sent campaign
Did you send out a pretty and effective emailing campaign? Save it as a template to save time in the future!
To do this, find your sent campaign under Emailing > Email Campaigns.
Click on the details of the campaign that interests you.
Click on "Save as template."
Name your template, modify it if necessary, and save.
Where can I find my templates?
Once you've finished, save your model. You will then find it on Emailing > Templates.
