Exporting the documents stored in a Contact's profile

Before starting

If you've created an information field for people to upload documents when they are signing up for a membership, you may want to export these documents. 

Below we explain how to download this key documentation.

How to export the documents

The process is very straightforward. Just head over to Community > Settings.

Then click on the Additional Contact Actions tab. The files to be uploaded will be listed in the section of the same name.

Select the file(s) you wish to download and click Download. The files will then be downloaded to your computer in zip format.

However, it is not currently possible to export photos from the profile avatar. You can export all other documents stored in profiles by following the steps outlined above.
