Contacting your Community

Before starting

You can easily communicate with your community via Springly's software. This is done by selecting the people you wish to contact and sending them a quick email.

Sending emails can be done from the page Community > Contacts. You can send a message to all contacts or to only the ones you select. 

So first things first! Tick the box on the left-hand side of the last name of every person you wish to send the message to (or check the box next to Last name, to select all your contacts).

Now, click on Contact, and you will be able to write your message in a new window. Finally, click Send. 

You can also send an email campaign, either via the pop-up window that just appeared or through Communication > Email Campaigns.
