Payment links are available on Springly! Here are the answers to questions you might be asking.

Where is the "Payment Link" feature located?

From your Springly administrator space, the feature is accessible from the "Payments" sidebar menu.

What are the administrative rights required to use this feature?

The payment link is accessible to:

• the main administrators
• the administrators with writing access to accounting (for the Pro offer)

What are the prerequisites for using the feature?

You need to have a certified wallet.

If not, creating one takes less than a minute, from Payments > Activation.

To how many people can a link be sent at most?

Up to 10 people. Each person receives a unique and secured link.

Can payment links with different amounts be sent?

When you create a payment link, you can only indicate one amount.

If you send it to multiple people, you will request the same amount from everyone.

Otherwise, simply create multiple payment links.

What is the validity period of a payment link?

The payment link automatically expires after 15 days if it has not been used.

An administrator can also decide to manually disable a payment link.

Can a payment link be disabled?

Yes. To do this:

• Find the payment link you're interested in from Payments > Payment Link, using the available filters.
• Click on the 👁️ icon corresponding.
• Click on the "Disable link" button in the window that opens on the right.

Can a disabled payment link be reactivated?

No, once disabled, the payment link cannot be reactivated. But recreating one takes 30 seconds.

What happens if a payment is declined or does not go through?

The payment status indicates "Payment declined".

When clicking on the 👁️ icon, the reason for the refusal is indicated.

Are you notified of each payment?

No. For now, you can only follow the payment status from the interface.

Can a payment received via a payment link be refunded?

No, that is not possible today.

Is the payment link available for advanced groups or chapters?

Yes, the feature is available as long as an advanced group has its certified wallet.
