👉 To begin: the advice and tips shared in this article apply to all types of forms, whether they are memberships, donations, events, or online stores.
Once your form is published, there are many options available to you to promote it and attract members, donors, participants, and/or buyers! It's simply a matter of communicating as effectively as possible.
Here's the program:
- Publish your form
- Start communicating
- Set up your form on your website
- Some additional tips to promote your form
Publish your form
Springly automatically generates the necessary links to allow you to easily promote your form!
At the top of the page, change the status from "Draft" to "Published" then click Save.
When creating your form, click "Publish". If you prefer to save it as a draft and publish it later, no problem: go to the "Configuration" tab of your form.
Note: publishing a form only makes it accessible via a link. Until you share it, the link will not be accessible to your community.
Start communicating
1- Access the link
For all forms, you will find the links generated by Springly in the "Share" tab, allowing you to share them.
2- Widely share your forms
As soon as your form is active and visible, we encourage you to:
- Send an email via the email tool
- Announce the form on your social networks
Set up your form on your website
Whatever website you use, we recommend highlighting your forms. It's an excellent way for your supporters to easily find it and participate securely and simply online!
Below, you will find the explanations adapted to your situation.
1- Your website is not developed on Springly
Even if your site is not created on Springly, you can still integrate your forms and campaigns. Springly allows you to generate a code so that your members can join, pay, and provide their information while remaining on your organization's website.
This code, also called an "iframe", is easy to copy/paste and set up.
We have written a dedicated article to help you integrate Springly on your website.
2- You use the Springly website feature
If you use the Springly website feature, the winning combination is to:
- Create a page dedicated to your form.
- Put a button on your homepage that links to your form.
For support in creating a website, we invite you to consult our dedicated articles: Website.
3- You don't have a website
Springly generates a website, or landing, page for you to host your form.
This website page can be visited by anyone with the link found on the "Share" page. You can choose to send it by email, on your social networks, or any other means of communication.
If you need assistance, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Some additional tips to promote your form
Share the information on your social networks
If your organization has pages or accounts on social networks you should post your form there for your members, donors, or followers to see.
You can, for example:
"Customize" your social media accounts by changing your banners to adapt to this news, and put the link to your form in.
Customize your landing pages
With Springly, you have the flexibility to showcase your forms and campaigns either through a landing page or iFrame that you add to your existing website.
