You've launched an email campaign and noticed that some recipients haven't opened or received it. It is then possible to:
Identify the recipients concerned
When you open the details of a campaign, you access the sending statistics, which group recipients by status. This information can be found at the bottom of the page:
This allows you to display the list of recipients for each send status:
- Pending
- Delivered
- Reject before sending / Temporary rejection / Permanent rejection - see this article for more information.
- Spam report
- Unsubscribed
- Soft bounce
- Hard bounce
- Not sent
- Duplicate
And according to the reading report:
- Undelivered
- Received
- Open
- Clicked
- (Empty)
Contact recipients
If you need to contact certain people included in the campaign sent according to their status, you can do so. To do this, simply display the previous list for the relevant status, then export it:
Warning: do not re-contact emails that have been permanently rejected or rejected before sending. These addresses are considered invalid, and contacting them again would damage your reputation. If necessary, call these people to ask for a valid e-mail address.
From your exported list, create a new emailing list not linked to the Community from the Emailing > Lists page. You can then copy/paste the emails from Excel to integrate them into the list :
This list can then be used for a new campaign.
