Benefits of implementing Groups
Features
Using groups is a great way to segment, organize and interconnect your Community.
A Simple Group allows you to give access to a limited number of features, namely:
- Their own CRM
- Attendance lists
- Sending simple emails and email campaigns
While a dynamic group allows access to all features: CRM, email campaigns, website, events, online store, etc. Additionally, it enables more independent management, without needing the main platform to intervene.
Assign an Admin for a Group
You can appoint an admin by group, and delegate the group's management to them.
They will be able to manage their own account, add people to their group, and use the features that you've made accessible to them.
Information fields specific to a Group
You can define information fields that are required only for members of a certain group. You can do this from Community > Settings. These information fields will not be presented to anyone registering that is not a member of that chosen group.
