On your donation campaign, you have allowed donors to give you money, or you have registered donors yourself. This article explains how to access this list of donors.
You can access the list of donors via your contacts or your donation campaign.
Why is this important?
Having a list of your donors lets you know them better and contact them directly. This can be a vital function for your organization!
In Your Contacts List
When someone registers for a donation campaign, they become a donor to your organization, and their profile is automatically created in your database if it didn't already exist. If the person is already in your database, the software will recognize this and indicate to you that this person has donated.
1. Go to Community > Contacts.
2. Filter your members by Donors to have all of your donors on the screen.
The little green heart badges allow you to identify your organization's donors easily.
In the Donation Campaign
1. Go to Forms & Campaigns > Donations
2. Select the campaign you would like to view and click Manage Donors.
3. Go to the "Donors" tab
In Member Profiles
On the member profile page (which you can access from Community > Contacts then by viewing the details of the account), you have several tabs, including "Donations," that allow you to view each contact's donation history.
