If you sell products on your website, it is possible to manage the delivery options and costs. This feature will allow users to choose several delivery options (e.g. pickup at a given address, home delivery, etc.).

How the delivery works
The delivery feature allows you to set up delivery options for your product. You will be able to apply different delivery methods for an order:
- Pickup of the order at a given address
- Delivery of the order to the address given by the buyer
For each delivery method offered, you are able to set your own price, so a person who picks up their order at your location can pay nothing, while the person who chooses delivery will pay a certain amount that you decide.
How to set up delivery charges
Create delivery options
You have created your product to sell or are in the process of doing so at Forms & Campaigns > Store > Create a new product sales page.
Under the Configuration tab of the product sales form, navigate to Step 5: Delivery options (optional). Here is where you create the delivery options for the sale.
If you wish to create delivery options, click on Create delivery options and an edit box will appear.
Here you are able to create your first delivery method. Choose a name, the type of delivery, and the costs related to this delivery. You can go further by clicking on +Options, which is explained in more detail here.
Once you have entered your information, click Confirm. Click on the +New button and repeat the process to set up other types of delivery.
Which types of delivery are available
When you set up your delivery options, you have two possible delivery types:
- Pick up address
- Delivery to an address
If choosing Pick up address, then you will be able to indicate the address from which the product is to be picked up. You can also add additional remarks (e.g. opening hours or contact number).
If you choose Delivery to an address, then the buyer will be able to indicate the address they wish the product to be delivered.
What are the additional options for each delivery?
If your shipping costs vary according to the quantity ordered or the amount paid, it is possible to add some options.
This is done when you set up your delivery options by clicking on the +Options button.
You have 2 options:
- Apply above/below a given amount
- Apply above/below a given amount of items ordered
The Apply above/below a certain amount feature will allow you to propose a specific delivery method if the order exceeds a certain amount, is below a certain amount, or both.
The Apply above/below a certain number of products ordered feature will allow you to propose a certain delivery method if the buyer orders more than x quantities or less than x quantities of the product.
How to track your deliveries
Once your delivery options are set up, your orders will start coming in.
You can then, in the Details of the transaction, see the chosen delivery method, the person's delivery address, etc.
You can change the delivery status and track the shipment status for each order. The status of the delivery can be changed to: To be shipped, Shipped, or Delivered.
