Banking and payment deadlines

Please note that for security reasons, the bank details of members are stored only with the payment provider.

After the first payment, the next payments will be automatically charged on the date mentioned in the schedule displayed when the member selects the payment by installment option. Example: the 7th of every month. 

Additional information

• Transaction fees are applied to each payment. For more information on online transaction fees, we invite you to read this article
• The member will be informed by email, three days before a payment is charged.
• On your membership campaign, a payment schedule will be available for each member who pays by installment.
