Partial Refunds

Partial Reimbursement 

The Refund All button does not allow you to make a partial refund. This button refunds a sale in full.

In the case of an online payment, we do not handle partial refunds. As a workaround, we suggest you make a refund via an offline payment method.

Example: you have received a membership of $100 paid online and you wish to make a partial refund of $50.

Here, you can use an offline payment method as a workaround (e.g. check, wire transfer, or cash).

In this case, no proof of credit will be issued by the software, which means it will have to be issued manually.
