Before starting
In the interests of transparency, we do our utmost to make all the necessary information available to associations wishing to use our services. This is the case upstream of the subscription and throughout the use of Springly.
However, oversights do happen. Here are the cases in which a refund is possible, in a spirit of benevolence and compromise.
- In the event of a late unsubscription
- In case of cancellation after a subscription
- In case of a forgotten promo code
- After a long grace period
For each of these cases, we will detail the conditions required and the terms for reimbursement.
In the event of a late unsubscription
Situation
You can subscribe to Springly on an annual or monthly basis.
At the end of your annual or monthly commitment, the subscription is automatically renewed if you do not cancel beforehand. You can cancel directly from your platform, going to Settings Center > General > Subscription plan:
In the case of annual subscriptions, you'll be notified by e-mail in advance of the automatic renewal, giving you the chance to take action.
Conditions of eligibility
- Refunds apply to annual subscriptions only;
- The request must be made within 15 days of subscription renewal.
Reimbursement terms
All subscription refunds are subject to a €50 handling fee, deducted from the subscription refund.
In case of cancellation after a subscription
Situation
The association has subscribed to a Springly offer on an annual commitment basis. An incident or functional block prevents full use of the software. The association now wishes to cancel its subscription.
Conditions of eligibility
- Refunds apply to annual subscriptions only;
- Cancellation must be requested within 15 days of the first subscription;
- The cancellation is due to an incident or a functional limitation of the software.
Reimbursement terms
All subscription refunds are subject to a €50 handling fee, deducted from the subscription refund.
In case of a forgotten promo code
Situation
The association subscribed without entering its discount code. The discount was therefore not applied to the subscription price.
Conditions of eligibility
- Have a valid promo code;
- The request must be made within 15 days of subscription.
Reimbursement terms
In the case of an oversight on the part of the association, reimbursement takes the form of a credit note applicable to the association's next subscription invoice.
After a long grace period
Situation
The association benefits from a free annual subscription (thanks to a partnership with a federation, for example). At the end of this free period, the subscription is automatically renewed, but the free offer is no longer valid (for a 12-month promo code).
An invoice is issued and the association is informed; however, the latter no longer wishes to use Springly.
Conditions of eligibility
- Cancel your subscription from your platform;
- Or contact our support team to inform them of the situation.
Reimbursement terms
As no invoices have been paid, there is no question of repayment, but of cancellation of the debt. The bill no longer has to be paid.
