You can unsubscribe at any time (much to our dismay).
A request must be made with at least one month's notice.
Your offer will no longer be renewed at the end of the subscription period. In the meantime, you'll have full access to your platform and data.
Unsubscription process
1. Go to the subscription cancellation page
To unsubscribe, go to Your Subscription, in your Settings Center ⚙️. To access it, click on " Settings ", located at the bottom left of your screen (1), then on the Subscription (2) menu. You must have main administration rights on the platform.
Once on your subscription management page, click on End My Subscription.
2. Cancellation
You'll then be taken to a page where we'll ask you why you're leaving.
Once you've entered the reason(s), click on "End subscription" to ensure that the subscription is taken into account.
Once you've clicked the button, your unsubscription will be registered. Your subscription will then end at the end of your commitment period.
💡 If you don't have the button, but a date with this message "Your subscription will end on XX/XX/XXXX, don't worry. Someone from your association or a member of our team has already canceled their subscription to your platform. This may also be the case if the association has a customized contract that runs until a specific date (with no indication of renewal in the contract).
3. What next?
Once this operation has been completed, your subscription will no longer be tacitly renewed. You'll still have access to the platform until your subscription expires. This usually gives you plenty of time to recover your data (member base, accounting, event registrations, etc.).
