If you are currently committed to one of our software offers, it is entirely possible to upgrade. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, adapting functionality to your management needs.

Possible offer changes
You can upgrade or downgrade during the subscription period. You then have the choice of recommitting to a monthly or annual commitment.
Let's see what changes are possible with the following offers:
From Liberty / Payment offers (100% free)
You can switch to the Serenity or the Professional.
The data on your platform will be retained.
From the Serenity offer
If your association subscribes to the Serenity package, you can upgrade your subscription to :
- The Professional offer to access more advanced features
If you have launched a subscription on one of the paid offers, it is not possible to switch to a free offer (e.g. the Liberty offer) while keeping the same platform. To use the Liberty offer, you need to cancel your subscription and create a new 100% free platform. Be sure to export your data before the end of your subscription.
Where to manage change?
From your platform, go to Settings > Subscription Plan then click the button "Change Subscription".
This takes you to the Subscription page. To move on to another offer, click on the "See offers" button.
Then select one of the paying offers and click on "Choose".
The new offer is automatically taken from the Subscription choice page.
Select the desired number of contacts and the subscription commitment (monthly/annual). Finally, click on "Validate offer" to confirm and pay.
The subscription fee for the current period (year/month) is debited when the subscription is validated. A new invoice will therefore be issued, and direct debit will take place within 3 days.
Downgrade to a lower bid
You are currently on offer Professional and you want to switch to a lower offer. From the Offer Change page, click on the Serenity tab to choose the offer.
Switching from one offer to another is immediate. Be careful to export and download information that you won't be able to access afterward.
Billing procedure
When you switch to a higher or lower offer, we issue a credit note for the unused portion of the old subscription.
For example, if you switch from the Professional offer to the Serenity offer during the period, the software will:
- Issue a credit corresponding to the remaining Professional subscription period,
- Issue an invoice for a full period (year/month) for the Serenity subscription,
- Charge you the difference between the new invoice and the credit note.
