Before starting
Since you started using Springly, your association has expanded. Your membership is growing, and you'd like to change your subscription plan. This article explains how to:
- Access the subscription page
- Change the subscription plan
- Switch from annual to monthly subscription

Access the subscription page
Go to the Settings Center, by clicking on the Settings button located at the bottom left of your screen. Then navigate to General > Subscription plan.
From this page, click on Change subscription:

Allowed modifications
You can change your:
- Subscription plan: to the Serenity or the Professional plan.
- Commitment and billing period: to be billed annually or monthly.
For example, if you switch from plan A to B during a given period, the software will:
- Issue a credit note corresponding to the remaining A subscription period.
- Issue an invoice corresponding to a full period (year/month) for subscription B.
- You will be charged the difference between the invoice and the credit note.
How to proceed
First, click on Change subscription and select a the number of contacts you have. The rate quoted will vary according to that range, and you will be able to choose between the Serenity or the Professional plan.
If you want to review a summary of each plan, click on the button Discover the other offers. Select the one that suits better to your association needs and validate by clicking on Next.
Note that when you change your plan, you recommit annually or monthly. If your would also like to modify the period, check the section below.
Switch from annual to monthly subscription
There is one special case requiring slightly different handling: switching from annual to monthly period. Just follow these steps:
Click on Change subscription. Once on the confirmation page, click on the "switch" below the field where you selected the number of contacts. If the switch remains in gray, you are choosing a monthly subscription; if it's coloured, it is annually.
Finally, same as before, validate by clicking on Next.
The payment of the subscription for the current period (year/month) is made when the subscription is validated. A new invoice will therefore be issued, and direct debit will take place within 3 days.
Change before the next direct debit
If you want to change your billing period before your next direct debit, you can do so by following the steps described above and choosing the monthly option .
The change will be taken into account and your next payments will be made on a monthly basis.
Direct debit has just been initiated
If you have just validated an annual subscription and wish to switch back to the monthly option, you have up to 3 days after validation of the subscription to make the change.
Once this period has elapsed, the deduction will be made and cannot be reversed. The commitment period remains annual, however: monthly bills will be issued for one year, even if you unsubscribe in the meantime.
