Before starting
From the Administrator area, you can create or edit surveys and track their results. Surveys are a great way to get members involved. They reinforce the feeling of belonging to the organization and give you ideas for improving your actions.
Surveys are only accessible to logged-in members (who have set up a login area). You cannot create a survey open to the public. This ensures that people complete your survey only once.
Here we will cover:
How to create and manage surveys
Activate the "Surveys" functionality
First, in the Admin interface, click on Settings, at the bottom left corner. You will be redirected to a new page.
Once there, scroll down, and click on Manage features in the left-hand side menu. Locate the Surveys option and verify that it's enabled.
Access the surveys
Once the feature is activated, you can create and find all surveys by going to Website > Surveys.
How do I set up my first survey?
Create a new survey
From Website > Surveys, click on New survey.
This takes you to the page where you can edit a survey. Complete the fields as needed, considering that those marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
You can choose whether you want to maintain anonymous answers, or to see the author of each.
Once you've filled in this information, add a first question to your survey by clicking on the dedicated button. A question block unfolds.
Here you can write the question statement, choose the question type and add a description and options, if needed.

How do I modify survey questions?
To modify a survey, follow these steps:
- Go to the main Surveys page.
