Before you start
Surveys are a great way to get members involved. They reinforce the feeling of belonging to the organization and give you ideas for improving your actions.
Once the surveys have been published, you can follow their results in real-time from your administration area.
In this article, we will review the following:
Monitor the survey results
After creating and publishing your survey, you can access the results from Website > Smart pages > Surveys. Once on this page, hover the cursor over the survey you want to review and click on the "Results" button.
You're now on your survey results page, which you can view in real time.
You can also have a list of people who have responded to surveys, and possibly see what each user has answered if the survey is not anonymous (to be configured when editing your survey, read this article).
Export the survey results
You have two options to export your survey results in Excel format:
- Click on the
button, situated under the statement of each question.
- Click on any of the buttons
, in the top right corner.
