Before starting
In the Event application, it is possible to manage relatively complex pricing grids. In addition to basic tariffs, you can manage sub-tariffs, i.e. optional tariffs linked to other tariffs.
This article explains how.
Adding sub-prices
You have already entered a main rate in the Rate section of the ticketing system. You can now add sub-tariffs linked to each tariff.
- To do so, go to Forms & Campaigns > Events, then click on the Edit button from the desired event.
- You will be redirected to the configuration tab of the registration form. Click on step 2: Prices
- Click on + price options of the price you want to edit. You can then choose between two options: Optional services , on which you can specify a price and a title, and Open comments, a text field for collecting rate-specific information.
You can then verify the fare and confirm to update the data.
User display
Once these settings have been made, users can choose a tariff and be offered several sub-prices.
