Before starting
Once your event has been created and broadcast, you can find the list of registrants from your ticketing service, on the Attendees tab.
A button allows you to easily generate Name tags. We will show you how ;-)
Generating name tags (badges)
First, let's go to the event page: Click on Forms & Campaigns > Event > Manage registrants.
Once in this page, click on the button . A new confirmation window opens:
- If you haven't requested any specific information in addition to first and last names, simply confirm directly.
- If, on the other hand, you have requested other information in your registration form (e.g. the year of graduation for an alumni event), you can decide to feature those of your choice on the badges generated (the title of the information field will appear on the badge).
Click on the "Generate badges" button to download the PDF immediately.
Each badge is 2.2 inch high and 3.4 inch wide. This is a classic format for printing on labels.
