Whether it's for your campaigns, products, or events, you can limit the number of participants on all sales or limit the number of sales for a certain price.
In this article, we explain how to:
Limit the total number of participants
Let's take an example: you have an event limited to 20 places and want to only allow the first 20 people to register for the event.
To do this, go to Events > Configuration, then scroll down until Step 6: Payment options.
From here, click on More options and additional options will be displayed. Locate the Limit the number of attendees for this form field, and specify the number of participants.
After this number is reached, the sales will be suspended.
Now click Save and you're done.
This number can be modified afterward, once your event has been created.
Limit the number of participants by price
Let's imagine that you have two prices for a 1-month pass, to encourage participants to register quickly:
- A price of $30 for the first 10 people.
- A price of $55 for everyone else after.
To limit the number of participants at a given price, go to the Configuration tab > Step 4: Prices, and click on the cogwheel icon next to the price in question.
A small menu will be displayed. Click on +Options. and enable the option to Limit the number of participants for this price.
Finally, enter the maximum number of participants allowed in the Maximum number field and save your changes. That's it!
