Before Starting
If a member wants to cancel their membership, this can be done online through the software. This article will show you how:
Canceling a Membership
- Go to Forms & Campaigns > Membership.
- Search for the membership campaign that the person is a member of.
- Click on the Manage icon.
- Go to the Members tab and f ind the name of the person you are looking for.
5. Click the details icon (which resembles an eye, located to the right of the name).
6. This will bring you to the page with the details of the transaction. You can delete this transaction by clicking on the Delete all button.
Once confirmed, the transaction will be deleted from the list of every person who signed up for the campaign, and from the profile of the contact in the CRM .
