Cancel a score
In case of an error, it is possible to cancel a score made. Open the reconciliation statement, find the pointed entries in the Pointed section, and click on Cancel.
Cancel the validation of a reconciliation
To cancel the validation of a reconciliation, go to the reconciliation page of the month concerned. If you have validated the reconciliation, you have two possible actions:
- Download the reconciliation statement
- Undo reconciliation validation
This action cancels validation, meaning that your reconciliation work is ultimately not complete. However, this will not cancel the clockings made.
